Order before 12pm Tuesday-Friday and before 11am Saturday for same day delivery!

Delivery times for residental addresses will be from 10am-7pm and businesses from 10am-5pm unless specified.

For forcasts above 32 degrees celsius and extreme weather: If the recipient is not home, the driver or florist will get in contact with customer or recipient for further actions. If no one answers, the driver will take the arrangement back to the studio for later re-delivery to minimalise impact on the flowers.

Second attempt:  If recipient is not home on second attempt, driver will leave the arrangement by the front door, in shade / shelter if possible.

Otherwise option to pick up or a paid re-delivery fee may apply for next available delivery.
